Terms of Service
Please read these Terms and
Conditions of use carefully before using or obtaining any content, products, or
services through our websites.
Access to and use
of our website is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions below. By
accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through these
websites, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept all of
these terms, then please, do not use our website.
1.
Hotel Bookings
· Please, use services of Ukraine-Hotels.biz web-site for majority of you
orders.
·
Bookings for suites and some
destination services can only be made by email booking@ukraine-hotels.biz.
Telephone Booking requests will not be accepted.
·
You may only use the
Ukraine-Hotels.biz for bookings of 5 or fewer persons only. Booking requests
for more than 5 people must be sent to us by email booking@ukraine-hotels.biz.
Each Booking request shall be treated as an offer to enter into a formal
legally binding contract on these terms and conditions which will be deemed to
have been accepted by us only when we have transmitted to you our confirmation
of the reservation. It is your responsibility to read any documentation and
special conditions accompanying the Booking and to ensure, in particular, that
you aware of the points noted.

Booking requests will
be invoiced according to our tariff current at the time the booking is confirmed
to you. We reserve the right to vary our tariff prices at any time on notice to
you as a result of trade fairs, changes in government taxes or other matters
outside our control such as currency fluctuations.
· It is your responsibility to ensure
that all information supplied to Ukraine-Hotels.biz is accurate. You will
pay any charges resulting from incorrect information being provided to
Ukraine-Hotels.biz. The titles, spelling of names and child dates of birth
must be supplied as they appear in the passport. Should the details in the
confirmation to be incorrect, you must advise Ukraine-Hotels.biz.
immediately.
2. Hotel Accommodation
· The typical check-in time is 1:00p.m.
hours and check-out time is until 12:00 a.m., but this timing depends on each
hotel.
· "Run of house" - guest rooms are
allocated by hotels upon check-in at hotels' sole discretion. Special requests
such as non-smoking rooms, adjoining or interconnecting rooms, high or low
floors etc, will be forwarded by us to the hotel/travel supplier but cannot be
guaranteed.
Late arrival – hotels keep the rooms booked for you until
5:00 p.m. local time on the day of arrival. If you are arriving to the hotel
after this hour, you must advise us at the time of booking by providing your
estimated arrival time. Should you fail to do so, hotels will have the right to
resell the room, and might not be able to accommodate you when you will arrive.
Providing us with the “late arrival” information is your responsibility, and we
will not be held liable for any problems arising out of your failure to do so.
4. Private Transfers
4.1. Prices
a. There may be an additional charge for
hours outside normal service which will be confirmed at time of booking.
b.
All information in the tariff is correct at
the time of tariff issue.
c.
Any such additional prices will be confirmed
to you as a special condition at the time of our confirmation.
4.2. Making transfers
· Transfer price is provided per
vehicle. Up to 4 persons is allowed per vehicle.
· All vehicles provided will be based
on 1 piece of luggage per person. We must be advised if any travellers will have
more than 1 piece each, as it may be necessary to arrange for a larger vehicle.
If we are not so advised we will not be responsible for any additional charges
should a larger vehicle be required.

Any transfer or guide supplement that
may apply will be advised at the time of reservation.
· If there is a delay (other than that
caused by the supplier) which results in the service taking place in a
supplement period as defined in the tariff, you will be liable to pay such
additional supplement.
· Transfers are planned taking into
account normal local traffic conditions. In the event that conditions during the
course of the transfer mean that a flight, train or other connection is missed,
Ukraine-Hotels.biz. will accept no liability or responsibility for any
additional costs the passengers may incur.
·
For services starting at an airport,
station or port the waiting time for the driver is 1 hour from the planned
passenger arrival, unless otherwise stated. For services starting from other
points there is no waiting time for the driver. Passengers must ensure they are
waiting at the specified meeting point, as shown on their voucher, at least 5
minutes prior to the confirmed pick-up time.
· If traveling with babies and infants
it is the responsibility of travellers to ensure that they bring with them, as
well as fit, the correct child /infant seat for use in the booked vehicle.
Failure to do this could result in the service not taking place with no refund
possible.
5. Internal flights, Rail and Sightseeing
When providing Internal flights, Rail or Sightseeing services
we are acting as agents to the principal. Please refer to your voucher for
details.
6. Payment
Online payment (credit cards)
·
Payment in full is required as soon
as your booking is confirmed.
·
We accept to types of credit card:
Visa and Mastercard.
· All payments will be debited from
your card in Ukrainian Hryvnas (UAH) according to actual currency exchange rate.
·
In case of failure in credit card
processing we reserve the right to cancel unpaid services and all vouchers will
be nul and void.
Offline payment
Confirmed services will be held on option for 48 hours by
which time we must be in receipt of full payment by credit card. To pay for your
booking you should follow payment link in notification e-mail that we send you
or log in to our site, find your order and press Pay button on it. After it you

You may add your card details via “My booking” or telephone
any of our call centers with credit card details. Failure to pay will result in
cancellation of services.
Credit Card Security
On the advice of our credit card authorization company, we
are occasionally required to request a signed credit card authorization form, a
photo copy of your passport for identification and a copy of your credit card
(both sides) purposes. This measure is in place for your own security and
protection against fraudulent use of credit cards.
7. Cancellations
· When a booking, made via
Ukraine-Hotels.biz, is cancelled by your request, we will send you
confirmation of cancellation. You must inform us if you do not receive this
confirmation as failure to do so may result in charging you for non-arrival.
·
Cancellation deadlines apply for each
particular booking request and depend, among other factors, on the service type,
the travel supplier, dates of travel, etc. If you cancel past the current
deadline, or fail to show up at the hotel/service provision point (“no-show”),
you will be charged a minimum of 1 night/day/unit cost of each service, and up
to 100% of the total amount booked, depending on the hoteliers/travel suppliers’
polices.

If you claim to have cancelled a
Booking directly with a hotel, a minimum of one night’s charge will be applied
if the hotel later charges Ukraine-Hotels.biz.
· If we invoice you for a non-arrival,
but the hotel later confirms the traveler did stay, we will raise a
supplementary invoice for the additional nights which you must pay.
8. Amendments
·
Any amendment, you have made, should
be confirmed by us.
· Any amendments or cancellations of
bookings must be done via Ukraine-Hotels.biz and NOT the hotel. Should
you fail to do so, full charges will apply for the services booked through
Ukraine-Hotels.biz, and regardless of your dealings with the hotels/service
providers directly.
9. Miscellaneous
Booking Deadlines
Ukrain-Hotels.biz is able to
accept online bookings up to 1 day of check in except on Saturday and Sunday,
when we can only accept reservations for the following Tuesday and beyond. Same
day bookings may be made only by telephone to a call centre.
Additional Hotel Charges
You must make payment for all services that are not included
on your voucher (e.g. meals, phone call charges, laundry and mini-bar) directly
to the hotel prior to check out.
Errors
Ukrain-Hotels.biz cannot be
held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect dates or data
input by the client. It is your responsibility to supply the correct dates and
information for all services requested.
Complaints
If you have a genuine complaint concerning your accommodation
and cannot resolve it with the hotel directly, you must report it to
Ukrain-Hotels.biz immediately using the emergency number on your voucher or
booking summary. We will attempt to resolve the matter or seek an alternative
for you locally if appropriate. Upgrades will incur additional cost to you.
Complaints concerning accommodation cannot be dealt with after the event if you
fail to report it at the time.
Consent
By consenting to our terms of booking, you confirm that you
are at least 18 years of age.
Passports and Visas
Passports and visa are your responsibility. Visas are
required for ALL travelers. Ukraine
allows entry without a visa to citizens of EU,
Switzerland,
USA, Canada, Japan,
Liechtenstein, Andorra, Vatican,
Monaco, Iceland, Norway,
San Marino passport holders who may
stay in Ukraine
up to 90 days for tourism only. Please check with your local consulate for full
details of current requirements and charges. Restrictions may apply to certain
countries.
Force majeure
Ukraine-Hotels.biz shall not
be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which
results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond
its reasonable control. Without limit to the generality of the foregoing, the
following shall be regarded as such circumstances: acts of God, outbreak of
hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of
any government or authority), fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad
weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited
to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the
hotel, or strikes.
Changes to your reservation
If we cause any change to your travel arrangements within 7
days of arrival and after confirming a requested service, we undertake to offer
a similar or superior standard of accommodation without additional cost to you,
or a prompt and full refund of all moneys paid. In the highly unlikely event
that it is not possible to provide accommodation of a similar or superior
standard, we will make prompt and full refund of all moneys paid, unless the
cause is by reason of force majeure.
Contact details
If you fail to provide your correct email address and
telephone number with country code, we cannot be held responsible for your
failure to receive documents and messages concerning the status of your
reservation. We reserve the right to cancel reservations when we are unable to
contact you if necessary.
